If the person is coughing, stay with them and keep encouraging them to keep coughing.

Dont give the person fluids because the fluids might take up the space needed for the passage of air.

If they aren't coughing and breathing start to do the heimlich maneuver to lodge the object from the airway.
-
After the object is out of the person's airway and if they are still not breathing, start doing CPR.
